    Unislim classes-how long
    I'm starting unislim this week and just want to know how long the class takes and what it involves? I went to SW before and those classes went on for ages and put you on the spot which I didn't really like. I'll be on my way home from work so just want to know how late I'll be home! Is the first class longer? Thanks

    Hi Polly, I run a unislim class and people who attend are usually weighed withing about 10-15 mins. There is no onus to stay for the class talk, which takes about 15 mins.

    The first class usually has a new members talk after the regular talk, but this only takes about 10 mins also.
