    Nope not possible:
    Once one Business Day has elapsed from the date of purchase, cardholders can use the Card to pay for purchases at participating retailer outlets. Once the card is purchased and funds loaded you cannot put further monies onto the card. To check the balance on your card please click Check Balance.

    Can you buy another one of greater value with it? Or does it have to be the card they actually have in their hand?

    I did call up once to combine cards, and they moved the balance onto a new card and sent it out by post. Quick too.

    You can't top them up but you can spend whatever you have left on one of them.

    E.g. Buy a toaster in Argos for €9.99 and you can pay the remaining €2.49 etc. from your one4all card and the rest by cash or credit card. I paid 18cents from one of them at a transaction in boots one day.
