Clonmel - please suggest a Powerlifting style gym

    Hi all,

    Its been 4 years or so since I've been back in both Clonmel & Ireland. I'll be back home in Clonmel from June 21st to July 1st and would like to know if there are any new powerlifting / strength focused gyms around the area so that I can keep training as per normal.

    Ideally I'm looking for somewhere which has:
    - a Squat rack / power cage (not a smith machine on rails)
    - 20kg barbell with enough weight plates to go up to ~180kg Deadlift
    - a Bench (not a smith machine on rails).

    Try Elevate near the Cashel road roundabout, they will have everything you need !!!
