    I am out of the country and I did not want to renew my car insurance yet you have done this and already deducted my bank for €75.
    I urgently need you to refund this money and not renew this policy.

    Hi Lisa,

    I have sent you a pm.

    Its funny as this renewal quote for an existing customer is much more expensive than if I was to go online as a new customer.  Makes no sense.

    Can you look into this and come back to me ASAP?
