    It said my card was decline both times I tried, but my account was charged both times. Will I be refunded for these transactions?

    Thanks for contacting us on Boards.

    Yes when this occurs, it should adjust back to your account within five working days. If this does not adjust back to your account we would advise you to contact the company directly to request that they refund you these amounts.
