Front tooth erosion.

As title suggest. I'm quite worried about my two front teeth, one in particular. There's a ridge on the back leaving the very bottom of the tooth opaque.

This happened really after a bad fall a couple years back, my mouth bore the brunt of impact, thankfully no broken teeth.

Last dentist visit (4 months ago) he filed the tooth down and didn't make much of it. But I'm not happy.

I have an overcrowding issue on bottom teeth. I think the protruding tooth is grinding off the top one.

Any idea what I could look into to try resolve this?
