Why the Intercity train on Friday's

    Evening all, Monday through friday I get the 07:49 hansfield to docklands it's usually a 4 carriage class 2900 type train, but every Friday it's a 3 carriage intercity type.
    Why would this be?

    On Fridays there are set alterations to the Connolly rosters in order to strengthen two of the afternoon services to Sligo which require bigger trains.

    It boils down to getting the sets into the right locations later in the day.
