how to become a resource teacher

    think this is what i want to do
    am currently in 5th year going into 6th

    question 1-what is this job market like? i know they dont give resource hours easily but maybe with all the suicide and **** youth they might change

    question 2-what qualifications are needed? so what courses am i looking at and are they hard or easy courses ?

    i am exempt from irish. but i think i would be teaching kids who would also be exempt ?
