Two of these fellas has made themselves next door neighbours as seen in the video per the link below. Is it possible to tell what type they are?

    I presume they're mating birds?

Too dark, and I just can't make it out. Srameen is the guy who might hazard a guess. I'm taking a shot in the dark with bluetit. But wouldn't put money on it.

Cheers folks. Is it dark here at the moment but I see if I can get a better video or photo in the next few days.

    Jay's?

Definitely not. To be honest I can't see enough. Probably Blue or Great Tit in that type of box but it looks wrong. The slow motion and poor light makes it harder actually.

It's a Blue Tit for me too!

There's two of them in and out the whole time if that's any help. Looking at the internet, I presume I can't expect little ones to be making an appearance?

Looks like a pair of siskins to me can sort of make out a flash of yellow on the wings - though it could be great tits or blue or coal. We had blue tits for years in a nesting box here. Hard to tell with the footage. Nice to have feathered neighbours though :)

Certain species nest in dark enclosed spaces. Tits, sparrows, wrens, tree-creepers, woodpeckers. Finches like chaffinch, siskin would make an open top nest in trees, hedges.

From the box mostly likly a Bue Tit.

Other possilbities are Coal tit, Great Tit. More remote chance House Sparrow or if you are very lucky, Tree Sparrow. If you are uploading another one do try full-speed and include any audio of the birds as they approach / fly away.

A lot of Blue Tits are fledging right now so nest could empty any day now.
