Question about CID

    I was just wondering if someone was offered a CID in an ETB school and took it now, how hard would it be to get out of the contract if they got a job at another school in September?

    Also am I right in saying that if the person did get a job in another school do they start from scratch regarding CID? i.e they'd have to wait for 2 full years before being offered one again?

    Who is best to answer these kinds of questions? TC? ETB?
