Personal Trainer and Physio - Galway

Does anyone know of a personal trainer in Galway that is also qualified as a physio? I'm looking for someone to give me a personalised workout plan - I have a problem with my hips which is why I would like a PT that is also qualified as a physio so I don't do more damage to myself!
