I do believe your story because I'm a teacher and have seen similar in several schools. As you pointed out the cutoff of welfare payments is often a reason for a student to end up in this situation. Don't mind people that question the truth of your story, not all parents act in normal manner, not all families are normal. Providing you have a roof over your head for the weekend on Monday morning you need to approach your counsellor, home school liaison teacher or management and voice your concern regarding exams. There is no shame in telling anyone your situation, people will want to help. Accept help that is offered and worry about repaying debts when you can but that isn't within your control at the moment.

Go to your local authority, you are homeless now and they have to house you, they might pay for a B&B for a few weeks. Bring an adult or get your school principal to phone or your behalf. Once you have an address, you should be eligible for an emergency payment from a Community Welfare Officer, or whatever they're called now. Call to your local Youth Service, they can help you to negotiate your way around the system.
