She targeted all workers - especially lower paid ones. Her main focus was on keeping them as poorly-paid as possible.

Sounds like to me someone’s cosy little slate has been lifted and a strong light shone on some fairly dubious ‘work practices’ which no self respecting employer would tolerate.

Buddy, no employer worth their salt would tolerate some of the practices which go on in mostly non private industry.
