Just interested to see what everyone else is reading.

Currently reading, 'The Body Builders Nutrition Book', about 3 chapters in, I think it will require two reads, second time with me making some notes on things I would like to try/tips.

All round good information, could do with some updating in parts. Don't let the title put you off. Isn't just strictly for bodybuilders either.

Also just finished reading 'Bigger Leaner Stronger: The Simple Science of Building the Ultimate Male Body', again don't focus two much on the title either, although there's a women's version available. Lots and lots of tips in this book or simple things I may have missed, for example. If you find you've gained weight when you expected to lose, do not freak out, instead switch to an average test of your weight, weight yourself over 7 days then get your average weight.

He focuses on everything needed to get you going, from the diet side of things to the gym and everything in between. It's a good read, again at times it can be quite technical.

I am going to read over it and note down things again I would like to try.

From reading over books, I have noticed there is a theme emerging with regards to weight loss.

    Anyone got any recommendations?

i like the whole 30 book it starts with food, very interesting to read about how food is broken down and processed etc.

i also really liked the china study which i just finished..
i try and avoid the 'diet' books. i know the whole 30 is a diet book but ive crohns and was really interested in seeing if it helped (it didnt) but i can see how it helps people make better choices

Listen to Sigma Nutrition Podcast. When you come out the other end you will know a lot more and be a lot more comfortable processing information and deciding what is valuable and what is snake oil
