    The lass is going to be moving into my gaff. I own the gaff and pay 1300 pm mortgage. What do most people do in this situation re charging her rent ? The going rate in the area or will more frequent sexy time offset to some extent?

    I think they have to show they were also paying a bill of some sort to have a claim on the place after the 2 years but maybe I'm wrong.

    The act does not give co-ownership at any time. While it does allow claims to be made to redress, both parties can contract out of the Act.
