The lass is going to be moving into my gaff. I own the gaff and pay 1300 pm mortgage. What do most people do in this situation re charging her rent ? The going rate in the area or will more frequent sexy time offset to some extent?

I think they have to show they were also paying a bill of some sort to have a claim on the place after the 2 years but maybe I'm wrong.

It's simple really: Do you want a partner who pays their way or do you want to live with a prostitute?

The act does not give co-ownership at any time. While it does allow claims to be made to redress, both parties can contract out of the Act.

What's wrong with the walls that she has to keep holding them up?

You should talk to your builder.

Also, I think I noticed that she doesn't know how to use the washing machine. As her top may have shrunk.

It doesn't reset. The time in like 2 years if you've a kid, or 5 years if no kid. Citizens information should give you the basics. There is also a purchase money resulting trust, and many other issues in Trusts and Equity.

Short and small of it is you bust your bollox to pay for all this, but if she puts the paw out you have to populate that paw.

Yeah, just be careful. If I was an unmarried man I'd be getting the away leg in first before I'd be bringing her home for a 3-nil thrashing.

neither is a marriage contract :pac:

If your bitch got to move in you need to charge her half the rent, but minus the value of pussy. so what im saying is, if your bitch is like an 8 or something, thats a fine ass bitch, that might set you back a couple hundred dollars. Unless you go to Brazil.

so you take that 1300 - she gonna pay 650 ... minus the quantity of pussy you get.....BUT....only above what you gettin now.

otherwise whats in it for you. twice a week is the subscription charge you charge her already just for being around you.

so, let me clarify, if you gettin it 2 times a week now then thats the baseline. thats 650.
She gonna pay 650 + pussy twice a week.

If she makes it 3 times in a week then you go look up some escorts - find one that look like your bitch, look at the hourly rate, and then take that from the 650.

If she drops back to once a week or stops fckin then you have to charge her more than the 650.

but thats only if she regularly stops, she might have a sick day or something, just remember to get an i.o.u from her on sick days.

I was only talking to a financial lad who helped a family get rid of a gold digger, the settlement figure was much more palatable to the stingy feckers when he pointed out that it worked out at only 38 euro a ride over 5 years.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 4,639 ✭✭✭andekwarhola

She shouldn't have to pay toward the mortgage as it's your asset that you'll eventually own but she should offset the fact that she's getting free rent with some kind of proportional contribution ot household expenses.

Although she is handing over all her self-respect by the sound of things.

At an average of 2 rides a year (Christmas and your birthday), that's not bad going.

    Lots of bad law here.

The suggestion that cohabitees own half the house after 2 years, or 5 years, or 50 years, is a load of utter nonsense.

    Yeah, probably true.

But it doesn't hurt to kick her out every 1 year and 11 months, just in case.

    Broom that ho.
