Blocked phone entirely

    Can anyone help. I was in trying to reset factory settings on phone (Samsung galaxy fame) and I seem to have locked the entire phone. When I switch it on it brings up the Samsung logo and then the three logo however it goes back and forth on the logos. I tried to press power button home button and on button but to no avail. Does anyone know how to fix it please. Was on to three but no joy
