    Hi guys,

Probably a silly query but, I understand that the house needs to be out of my fathers name for 5yrs or the HSE can take 22%.

My Dad signed over the house last January. What happens if I sell the house now and buy another, putting myself & my wives name's on the deeds.

Would they still be entitled to 22% of the new home?
