Remove Wondershare Helper Compact from start up ?

    Every time I turn on my laptop,I get this annoying message "do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device" Wondershare Helper Compact.
    I removed anything associated with Wondershare yet it still pops up,any advice?

    Anyone got ideas how to remove this, it's very annoying! Here's a picture

    check control panel and see can you find it in programs. could also ccleaner and see if that can uninstall it.
