    Hi Guys,

I'm looking for a bit of a steer if possible. I'm thinking of getting a stationary bike for at home. My wife had MS and can sometimes have trouble with her legs and hip. She wants to build up her leg strength and cardio fitness but is too self conscious to go to the gym when her legs aren't feeling great. We were thinking that a stationary bike for at home could be a good place to start. Can anyone tell me what I should look for in a bike or the best places to look

    Thanks

    Cheap, small and portable.

I honestly don't know what the purpose of spending 1,000 on many models in argos is when you could buy one that folds up to minimise space for €40 on adverts.ie

I would recommend a turbo trainer (if you have a normal bike already), but given her condition I don't know if this is suitable.

pick up a good second hand one for €100 (i got this in perfect condtion for that price)
