Dumbell workout poster/chart recommendation.

    Can you recommend a good basic chart of dumbbell exercises, which I can purchase online? My aim is to work a 10-15 minute routine into my week whatever number of times makes sense. For various reasons I am not interested in gyms/books/apps/personal trainers/cross-fit etc.
    I'm aiming low and feel a chart, a mat and my dumbbells best suit my circumstances and aims (build a little strength slowly).

    So ideally the chart(s) would have all the information I would need and the information would be reliable.

    I already run so I am not looking for a cardio chart.
