    Hey everybody

Dont know if this is the right forum for this but maybe a Mod could move if it's not suitable for here.

Ive a hand injury at the minute but once I'm fully healed I'm hoping to join a gym in either Carlow or Kilkenny. I'm a total noob to gyms and I've never set foot in one in my life but I'm hoping that joining one could give me a bit of structure.

I'm just looking for suggestions for good gyms in either location (doesnt have to be in the main town or city - anywhere in either county might work too) that have a good array of equipment and good staff that can give me advice if I'm making a balls of exercises and maybe sort me out with a plan or something. Like I said - a total newbie.

Any suggestions welcome! Thanks for reading
