    Hi guys.
After a lay off from the gym for over a year and a half due to a bad knee injury I'm looking for somewhere to get back training. I'm in the clondalkin area. I'll need a bit of coaching and rehab as my knee is still quite bad but I got the ok to train. I'm not interested in the hotel gyms, Ben dunne or the leisure centre. Thank you in advance for your help.

Well, we know what you're not interested in. How about divulging what you are interested in...?

Not necessarily a personal trainer but somebody who could help me in a gym get back into training.

So essentially a personal trainer you don't pay?
