    I am looking for some advice on the right programming to accompany a calorie deficit.
    My goal is to cut, holding as much of my muscle mass as possible.
    To date my weight has been dropping slowly but steadily, but i have noticed a big drop this week and i am worried its the wrong kind of loss.
    What is the best approach in the gym to back up holding muscle?
