Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hennessy
    Pieters Valencia Brunt
    Mane Sterling Siggy Phillips
    Kun (TC) Lukaku,Kane

    Randolph Davies BainesPVA

That front 7 is very popular, this place will either be hopping or very angry by around 10pm Wednesday .

    -4

    Heaton
    Yoshida Brunt Alonso PVA
Siggy Alli KDB (v) Sterling (c)
    Lukaku Ibrahimovic

    Randolph - Coleman Antonio Barnes

    The Kun fear is real.

Somehow I'm ending up with Crouch in my team. Is he really worth putting ahead of Lukaku?

Midfield is Sterling Mané Siggy Pedro Sané
Went all out on City (feels like old time DGW style :p) and if it wasn't for the blank next GW I'd have done Holebas -> Pieters too. I still could do it though since Holebas has no game and has been useless lately. But Stoke fixtures aren't great until GW33 so not sure it's a great idea.

It'll be silly not to play Pieters this week, right?

My other backs are Coleman, McAuley, Alonso, Amat

    Yes play him

One of the lads just text asking why he can't play TC and BB along with his wildcard this week :D

I'd say he is at panic stations now rearranging it

Just thinking, with Bailly suspended on Thursday against Rostov, fairly big chance he plays today instead of Jones who I'd been kind of holding out on to play because of the handy fixture.

Cheers. I have him in but I think I just needed reassurance.

Lukaku is against Spurs so I think Crouch ahead of him is a decent shout

Any word on Kane's yellow flag?

    Exactly my thinking.

But Crouch gametime lately has me concerned. Ah well, he was there to allow Kane IIRC 4 or 5 GWs ago (when he looked like having some nice form).

Hmmm. Just saw Guardian don't have him starting. Sh*te....

    A quick rearrange

    Foster
    ----Coleman-McAuley-Walker----
    Mané-Snoddy-Sigurdsson-Yaya
    Agüero-(c)-Lukaku-Defoe----

    Bench

    Heaton Cédric Capoue Kingsley

At -4, and seeing all the TCs on Kun, the fear is real this GW.

61 league goals in 61 games for Ibra,he'll be grand despite Rooney tripping over the ball.
I had Jones kept on my bench since his injury and stuck him in my team this morning.I want a handsome win and a clean sheet.

    And signed origi !

6th in contention in Pay League. Only 2 of us brought in Aguero. We both TC'd him.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 22,654 ✭✭✭✭extra gravy

Looking around a few teams...mix of Aguero tcs and guys who got no City coverage at all.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 11,280 ✭✭✭✭mdwexford

One guy in my league made 5 transfers for a -16

The whole world has TC Aguero. Regret not doing it now.

    They don't really
It just seems like that on here
If he delivers we will make massive moves up the ranks

    Has Aguero scored yet?

21.7% of top 10k triple captained Aguero.
    3.7% of all players did.

Ah just in my money league I meant. Everyone around me that has the TC chip left has in on Sergio today.

    Grant
    Alonso, Yoshida, McAuley
    Sterling, Sigurdsson, Mane, Phillips
    Aguero (TC), Costa, Lukaku

    Heaton, de Roon, Friend, Amat

... for a -4. Yet again succumbed to the hype of the DGW and yet again brace myself for disappointment but the risk of no Man City cover was too much. Hopefully it doesn't turn out like the Zigic DGW of a few seasons back.

Another genius in my league has Kun, Rom, Alli.

Sticks the armband on Cahill.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 48,254 ✭✭✭✭km79

    Let's go IBRA
6 non league goals since I captained him for a measly assist

    Great chance rooney

    No Kun.

Brought in Sterling and Sané, captaining the former.

    Also got Llorente in.

I'm so fúcked, but I'm bored. This season has been a disaster.

    Pogba should have scored

    Jesus christ Rooney

    So. Kane + Alli + Phillips -> Aguero (C) + Sterling + Sané for -8.
Phillips has been an unmitigated disaster so considering his next fixture and hos fitness, I decided to backanother hors for next GW. Getting rid this GW then made complete sense ;).

Going all out on City for a DGW has me a bit worried since it hasn't always been successful. But that's the thrill of the game. If I don't go for it now with the current situation, I'll never do.

    Heaton
    Alonso McAuley Holebas
Sterling (VC) Mané Pedro Siggy Sané
    Agüero (C) Crouch
    Randolph ; Lukaku, Baines, Chambers
