    Hi all,
Just thought i'd share that I got a new Power Washer,
I have a Karcher HD 613 machine that is good and powerful but very noisey,
and a little Nilfisk c120 which is surprisingly good for the money (£66 Amazon)
The new machine is a Kranzle HD K7/122ST.
It's a German brand and very good quality, 10 years full guarantee, Solid brass pump, pressure regulator etc.
It is really quiet and reasonably powerful, plenty powerful enough for washing the car.
I have it bolted down in a unit I made for it in the garage and hard plumbed in now, the hosepipe was just temporary, I've also tidied up and painted the unit, added extra storage for the snow foam bottles and a few other bits.

So far I'm really impressed with it, I got a good few different lances and a snow foamer with it.
Here are a few pictures before I bolted it in place.

And a few where I have it but it's not fully furnished in the pictures yet but you get the idea.

    Drooool!

A Kranzle will be my next purchase, I haven't read anything but glowing reviews of them - the 80's Mercedes of pressure washers. I was absolutely sickened I missed the group buy over on Detailingworld two weeks ago:(

    Where did you get yours?

Very nice set up in your garage too.

    I got it from thecleanmachine.co.uk

They do all sorts of cleaning stuff and were very good to deal with.

Deadly setup! I'd be putting a waterproof lining under where you have the lances if not the whole floor of that unit. It'll be rotten in no time!

Cute OP pic, a power washer that comes with a skateboard.

I had to use it because of the weight of it is huge, it weighs a ton,

I have just discovered Kranzle pressure washers too. They seem to be excellent machines - loads of great features, high quality parts and a massive warranty on the pumps.

I've had it a while now, used it a good bit and it is really good, so quiet,
Really well made and very good quality accessories, it's not mad powerful though but it's plenty enough for washing the cars.
    I'm totally happy with it.

When I seen your post at the beginning of the month I said it's time for me to get a good washer.
These Kranzle go for some money, the sales man is pushing a machine for 1k.
I'm desperately trying to find reasons not to buy it, damm you Pedro. :pac:

I have a K7 (same as the OP's) for the last 18 months and I love it. It's extremely well made and very quiet in comparison to other pressure washers. I find the flow rate more than ample for washing the car, cleaning driveways etc. The reason I don't go for the K10 is that is spins at a higher RPM and therefore cannot draw from a water butt. Also, if you're going to go for a K10 think of the water pressure you have, Kranzle advise the tap needs to provide 10% more than the washer uses. So you'll need at least 11ltr/min at the tap.

am i right in thinking then the k7 can suck water from a barrel? Or do umean a gravity feed from a water butt up higher than the washer? Thanks

Correct, it'll suck water from a barrel. I believe from a height of up to 1 metre, but check with Kranzle for exact specs.

I bought a Kranzle 1050 TS and absolutely love it.
    Also bought it from Cleantec.

Sorry I missed the new posts until today.

I'm still really happy with the Kranzle power washer,

I'm using it at least 3 times a week and it's a real pleasure to use,
It's the best washer I would ever realistically buy.
I'd love one that warms up the water but I'll never buy one unless I win the Lotto,
and you can run warm water through this if you like but I haven't done yet.

anyway, still using it and still loving it. 100% recommend it.

You would want to really love washing your car to drop €500 on one.

I use it for way more than washing the cars, (3 cars in the household)

    and it's my €500 anyway.

Some drop 500 and more on alot less from time to time. plus if you got fed up washing your car after a while with it you could sell it and recover at least the half of it.

You can also use it for footpaths/patios etc.
    Multi purpose item.
I have had cheaper washers, but none would come close to the ability/quality of the Kranzle.

Posts like this annoy me. You’re on a car detailing forum ffs. Some people would spend €500 on 2 nights out. He’s spent that money on a top of the range pressure washer that’s built like a tank and will last a lifetime. If I had the money I’d buy one too. Money spent on quality items that will last for years and get plenty of use is never a waste.

What annoyed me was the OP came on bragging about a lovely new expensive pressure washer, and didn't mention a thing about detailing. Would have been better off posting it in the Plumbing forum or the Look What I Just Bought forum tbqh. ....and that's why I posted what I posted.

    He wasn't bragging.

    He didn't mention the price.

    It's a detailing forum.

I don't know any plumber that uses a snow foam lance.

I wonder how many people in the detailing forum have a €500 power washer, probably not many.
When you mention Kranzle you know it's gonna be expensive.
I know a plumber who uses a foam lance on his tractor, meh.

Hey, what I posted was over a week ago, and I get called out on what I said today, and merely responded to that. Just because you don't like my response, doesn't make it trolling.

For what it's worth I don't think I've ever been in this forum before plus I honestly did not know that I was in a car detailing forum. However when I clicked on the photos it was pretty self evident that a.) It's a pretty nice set up b.) It's being used primarily for cleaning a car(s).
    This is pretty self evident
    Very nice set up btw....
Finally, what the hell is in the "TARDIS" bottle??
