If Space Cadet can sort out his jumping tomorrow he can run a big race. Very sloppy jumper but is a talented horse.

Labaik is in all the handicaps too though at Chelt. Suppose it's nrnb though.

Best handicapped horse of the day has to be Blast Of Koeman in the 2:50 at Naas. Best price available is 5/1, but I think that is definitely worth taking as on based on handicap ratings, I think it is about a stone better than the current official rating. Last time out it at Leopardstown it was held up to the rear and given no race whatsoever. It obviously was not to be the day for it, as Robert Tyner had another horse in the race (Concordin) that actually ended up winning, so I think it's fair enough to scratch that as worthwhile form. The previous race at Clonmel is clearly where the meat of this story is, I suggest anyone who is interested watch the close of that race. Crack Mome won the race that day (now rated 141) with Coquine D'aunou second (now rated 128). My horse was a faller at the fence that day while battling Crack Mome for the lead. While I don't think Blast Of Koeman was going to win, I thought second was in the bag. Given that the race today is much weaker than that, on that kind of form, this should be the day for Blast Of Koeman to finally break its duck. Booking of Mark Walsh for the day also suggests the trainers intent.

Just saw a story on racing post website that George baker has been taking to hospital after a fall from boomerang bob on st moritz snow track.
Track inspection revealed a hole in the ice.
Boomerang bob had to be put asleep
Don't think Jamie osbourne will be back there

Possibly, although hoping off out the back going wide as possible and not exactly driving him out doesnt help, will reserve judgement maybe the application of money will make him come good.

Kevin o ryan reckons Sandra Hughes horse in the next. Said met big trouble last time out when was running a big race.

Good god. He must have some fear of a fella standing with a flag on a box.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 21,625 ✭✭✭✭Johner

No sympathy for anyone that backed him.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 4,518 ✭✭✭tinpib

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 5,681 ✭✭✭BumperD

    He should be re-named "RuleFourCert"

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 5,681 ✭✭✭BumperD

He is running...... just a bit tailed off...

inagine backing a horse that refused two runs in a row

They'll be left looking at Ed and his big Wulf cock dangling long and free, just skimming the top of the fence as he glides to an effortless victory at chelt

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 4,224 ✭✭✭jimjamcos

Was just in a Ladbrokes there while some fella argued with girl behind counter "that's a disgrace, daylight robbery, sure he never feckin crossed the start line"

Clearly a Labaik novice. You'd have to chuckle.

    Fancy him?

And would you back him? :D

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 5,681 ✭✭✭BumperD

Clearly the horse has something daft going on in his head. Needs to see the men in white coats Dr. as tunip pointed out. I thought he didn't run then saw him late in the race popping hurdles about 3 furlongs behind the leaders :pac:

Boyles are doing money back as free bet if horse refuses

    I like Captain Bizarro 14-1 4.50

Only 5 runs to date. Still improving, I like it for a place

He came 6th though. Could argue that's an improvement.
He also did run and jump, which is what a lot wishes that horse would do.

He ran. Gave them 2f start and beaten 1 and a half furlongs. Gutted. Jack said afterwords he just put his head in the air when the others took off and went around in a hack when he decided to race. Monkey

Absolutely right. The fact he might not start is fully factored into the price.

Not sure why anyone would take pleasure in seeing people lose on Labaik.
I'd be the opposite. Hope they get cash back. Any day bookies had out cash is a good day. They have enough in the favour as it is. BTW I did not back him as he's stone mad. Himself & the madmoose must be first cousins

Awful, ran nowhere near to what I thought its rating could be.
