Question for you. Which would you rather watch an interview about, as you settle in for you well deserved Friday night chill?

    Is it:
    A. Cancer
    B. Living with deafness
    C. Homelessness, or
    D. Weight loss?

Well, lucky for you, you don't need to choose, because all of these topics are up for discussion on the Late Late tonight.

I ain't typing it out on my phone, so here's the spiel from entertainment.ie.

"Philip Boucher-Hayes will be joining Ryan to chat about trying to bulk for a new series of What Are You Eating? He'll be talking about what it actually takes to get the perfect Instagrammable bod, the truth about online weight-loss programmes and how one of the most popular health food products on the market isn’t all that it seems.

Sean Keane (brother to Dolores Keane) will be on the show talking about dealing with the heartbreak of losing his wife within months of being diagnosed with cancer, and how his grief left him unable to sing for a long time. After several years out of the limelight Seán has now returned to music with a new album and a beautiful song dedicated to his late wife called 'One More Hour', which he will perform tonight.

Viewers will recognise Sarah-Jane Moloney O’Regan from her role as an Irish sign language presenter on RTÉ. Sarah-Jane joins Ryan on Friday night to give viewers a unique insight into what it is to be Deaf in Ireland today; why she believes being Deaf should not be considered a disability and how she and her husband, who is also Deaf, are adjusting to life as parents to newborn twins.

Ryan will also be catching up with artist, activist and politician Mannix Flynn and finding out why he was so vocally opposed to the occupation of Apollo House.

Dublin is about to play host to one of the most expensive collections of modern art ever seen on the island. The collection includes works by some of the world's most celebrated and controversial artists including Damien Hirst, Jeff Koons, Banksy and Andy Warhol. Tonight, The Late Late Show will feature some of the very best.

There will also be a performance from Donegal duo 'Little Hours'."

    TL;DR

Several misery-ish things, some art and a song or two.

    See yis in a while!

Regulars on the Liveline thread are probably sick f this song but here goeds anyway. FF to 1.20 and play for a minute. Or listen to the whole song. It's one of my favourites.

Mannix Flynn, attention seeking former occupier of Dublin City Hall over wanting to disband The Artane Boys Band. No doubt he will say those occupying Apollo House were attention seekers and nothing more.

Mother of Devine. What an awful & depressing line-up. The show's guest list so far has been dreadful this year.

Sean Keane was only on with Ray Darcy on a few months ago.

Well I think the part living with deafness would be interesting. You would be shocked at the amount of people who ask if deaf people can drive or raise children!lol

I don't follow this at all, where was he told he had to eat X amount of protein and only be doing an hour a day in the gym? Did he just guess it himself?

    What's the message here?
Eat too much of the wrong food and not enough exercise and you'll get fat.
And this is news to who?

Graham gets top guests, but most of them are actors/actresses flogging their latest films.I wonder what his show would be like if they didn't exist and he had to do with the Philip Boucher Hayes' of this world.
