PLC fees?

    So I want to apply for a plc as a back up. I know the majority of colleges differ in regards to the fees, I was wondering whether any of you know how much is expected to be paid before entering the course? Basically, if I'm unsure of whether I'll be attending my plc do I have to pay the whole fee or do I pay when all the offers are out etc? Sorry for my wording of things.

    They'll ask you to pay once you say, for definite, you're going
