Basically it's

From now on, beatings of spouses or children that result in bruising or bleeding but not broken bones are punishable by 15 days in prison or a fine

Previously it was up to 2 years in jail.


I would welcome this arriving over here. Parents should be able to get the wooden spoon out imo.

An economy the size of Holland, with ten times the population. With grinding poverty, poor education, poor healthcare and plagued by health issues, a plummeting and aging population, declining industries and a leader so pathetic he has to enact oppressive measures to quell dissent...
