The one with multiple reticle? Yes it has a 20mm rail clamp that fits any 20mm weaver rail system

no but you can get a 20mm rail mount for it as the base is swappable also this can even be mounted on a elcan specter

Usually in Heuston station, it's a generic one but it's a solid piece.

Can you tell me if the leg straps can be removed so that it can be used as a belt holster and is there an opening on the bottom of it so that it can take a pistol with a silence attached to it?

Yes the legs straps can be removed and it can also be strapped onto a belt as theres a velcro strap over where the leg straps are and yes theres an opening on the bottom for suppressors.
