Quite like Mike Matthews. He has some good podcasts on YouTube.

    Seems to talk sense.

I think his stuff is excellent for beginners but beyond that its really really limited and repetitive

Enjoy Christian T, everyone in Juggernaut and a load of gymnastics/body weight/yoga guys and gals that have very balanced perspectives on training

I take it Coco Pops aren't part of the nutrition plan.

Wait, is this the training that involves reading an ebook, a list of supplements to buy and buying a barbell set?

Marianne Kane for kettle bell routines.

    Sarah Maloney instagram and youtube.

    Clarence Kennedy is a phenom.

I like Omar Isuf. When he gives advice, he doesn't claim to be an expert and references where the advice came from and it's usually a solid source, e.g. Brad Schoenfeld.

He also gets people more knowledgeable than him to go discuss topics that he gets asked about a lot, e.g. Eric Helms.

I like Alan Thrall too for the same reasons. The honesty from both is refreshing.

My main irk with Omar is that he speaks too damn fast in his videos. If he could articulate himself better, it would be great.

Hmmmm....Alan Thrall just converted to low bar.

Have you both been seen in the same place at the same time?

Agree on Thrall and Omar. Jonnie Candito was great too before he stopped posting stuff but sounds like he will be back soon. Im a fan of Silent Mike too
Always found old Elliot Hulse good before he became weird and preachy

    Kelly Starrett is worth following

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 6,587 ✭✭✭JJayoo

The problem is that the people worth following are under pressure to produce content so they have 2% great info, 93% random stuff and 5% videos of dogs.

Matt Ogus is a perfect example, some great info on mobility, nutrition, programming, injury rehab but he also documents his relationships and how they break up, which can be uncomfortable.

My Instagram on the other hand is 98% sheep and trees so yano just saying.

Anyone that puts up motivational quotes gets cut.

The only exception so far has been Perry Nickelston (aka stopchasingpain) because the rest of what he puts up is deadly.

Jason Genova and the Delray Misfits for pure comedy.

Omar is good for occasional informative videos, but the rest is the same bodybuilding stuff he's posted a million times.

JTS and Max Aita have the best informative videos out there. Really like what they're doing.

I also watch Clarence to feel even worse about myself.

I like Matt Wichlinski, especially good if you train at some as he is always coming up with random ways to do diff exercises. Plus his training buddy is the Ass Man
