Can one buy white asparagus somewhere in Dublin? In Germany the asparagus season starts approx. in April. I have only seen green asparagus in supermarkets so far.

You see it in Fallon & Byrne and some of the better green grocers. I doubt you will see it before April/May though. Plus they charge a fortune for it.

White Asparagus is a delicacy in Holland but very difficult to get hold of in Itrland. Perhaps contact one of the specialist veg importers about it?
