I got a slight strain on my hamstring during the week ,I was at gym today and was squatting and felt no pain but when I was jogging I could still feel it. Is it ok to do leg weights if no pain? Thanks

Sorry, but I have to log this thread as any answer would fall under "medical advice". This is a question for a physio really.
