    HI Guys,
I have been given a nutribullet and Im looking a changing my diet to a more helathy one. This is being done along side me starting to lift weights and increase my cardio.
At the min I have 3 weetabix and semi-skimmed milk and a cup of black coffee for breakfast and a banana in the car on the drive to work. Lunch then consists of a sandwhich, pasta or occasionally a salad (big). I alternate each day. Then dinner is my main meal of the day either:
    Pasta Dish with Chicken
    Meat and Veg
    Stir-Fry
    Steak and Potato Wedges
    Stew
    Coddle
... basically decent, home cooked 'hardy' meals.

I finsh the day with a cuppa tea (drop milk, no sugar) and maybe a bit of chocolate or a biscuit, not always though.

So im looking at ways in which I could utilize the nutibullet ? Ideally I would like to keep the dinner meal as this is a family occasion and the only time I really get to sit my wife and kids after a long commute and a full days work.
I have seen recepies like this one ...
A handful of Kale (or other Green leafy vegetables)
    1 – 1/2 banana
    1 – 1/2 cored apple of pear
    1 tsp of Flax seeds
    Water up to the mark.

and I have also used a peanut butter/Spinnach/banana/Almond Mile/Honey that was quiet nice.

    Any advice would be appreciated
