    Spurs have never won 7 games in a row in the PL and have a huge task ahead of them to do it against City next week. It'd be amazing for it to happen there though and having won there last year, and being in great form, it's probably the best chance of it happening.

    With Liverpool united draw this was an even more important result. Bring on city next week. Surely they can't bad as bad as they were today against everton!

    Great weekend, sitting 2nd in the league with 21 games gone, tough game away to City next week but they are on a bad run, good result for us today, trip to Anfield coming up as well, that will be a key game, but we are playing great, looking fantastic, hopefully the Europa League won't do its usual job of putting too much strain on the squad for what is really scant chance of meaningful reward.

    A lot of our players are hitting top form. The experience of last year should help us this year. The one major problem I see is no back up striker to play in cup games or to play in Harry's absence, for whatever reason. I can't believe a team competing for the premier league hasn't got a backup striker.

    I know we can play without an out n out striker or use Jansen but these options are far from ideal.

    Really great result yesterday, we destroyed a decent team in WBA.

    Pity about Verts though. Hope it's not a season ending injury.
