Hi All, Quick question - If I have an enzyme extract of unkown activity. And I have the corresponding colorimteric substrate. How do I calculate activity of the enzyme extraction in U/ml, if 1 unit is the amount of activity which hydrolyses 1 umol sub per min Many thanks,
