What's on in the city? - 2017

    Much like the previous What's on in the City? thread, the same principles apply.

    Here you can notify others of things; events, happenings, concerts, good restaurants, table quizzes, fundraisers, classes, for the month and following months. Any events pertaining to later months will be carried over until the event is over.

    A few rules, however;
    You have to have 200 posts or more to post, or >1 years on boards.
    Tell us a little about the event - posting a flyer will not do and will count as spam.
    Once an event has been posted in this thread don't repost it - no bumping or reminding of events either.
    Old events, too much chat, spam or topics that don't belong will be (re)moved.

    Hey everyone,

    Just wanted to spread the word out the Galway Dodgeball Club. We train on a Tuesday from 6-7pm (€3) and Thursday from 6-8 (€5) in Renmore Community Center. It's open to guys and girls, so everyone is more than welcome. We have a MeetUp page and a Facebook page, be sure to check those out. It's a hell of a lot of fun, great exercise and we go out for drinks every few weeks. We have the first ever Republic of Ireland league coming up in September with teams competing from Dublin, Waterford and Galway so it is a great time to join up.
