    Are you using an NTP server that smeared it?

    This is openSUSE 42.2 with default settings.

    ntp wasn't configured in YaST, but the time was within about a second of my phone and hasn't noticeably changed when I did configure it (ie.pool.ntp.org) will have to wait for the next leap second to see. I've definitely seen "60" appear as a leap second before...
