High grade atypical abnormal cells

    Hi ladies, I just got a terrible phone call..
    I had a smear a few weeks ago and my nurse just called the results show high grade atypical cell changes and she wants to book me into the Caloscopy clinic in my hospital in the next few weeks,
    She did do a hpv test at time of my smear but those results didn't come back..
    I had a result of low grade changes in 2015 but they did a repeat smear and that came back normal at the time I had a mirena coil replaced and I thought that might have caused the changes
    I'm so scared now, does this mean I'm precancer?
    The nurse was really nice on the phone but I think it's serious or why would she have called me so close to xmas why not wait till after?
    I'm always getting cystitis infections and BV infections
    Does anyone know if these could be linked?
    I'm trying not to panic but I am
    I have had a child over 10 years ago and I had an abortion 7 years ago( please don't judge it was a very hard decision to make)
    Could this be linked??
    Any advice would be greatly appreciated
