Berlin Christmas markets- why won't German authorities say the word "attack"

    Following live sky news updates on Berlin. Noticed that authorities won't confirm its an "attack" - anyone else find their reluctance strange ? It's pretty obvious it was deliberate act & we hear the word attack constantly in news reports at this early stage before official investigations concluded .

    Its why there are companies like Storyful.
    There were very little hard facts in the aftermath. There are a serious amount of conjecture, but little by the way of actual facts. Lot more this morning I may add.
