jobs with getty, inpho

just wondering, has anybody here ever gotten a job with getty images, or inpho and the like? or how does one get a job with these organisations? are you paid for the photograph or how does it work?

I believe that PA have a position open right now.

I would know almost all the Inpho lads and some Getty.

How to get a job there? Apply when a vacancy comes open. Have a top portfolio ready to show. Know your sports personalities. Know your sports. Have a good understanding of your camera and gear. Be creative.

Sometimes Inpho take on graduates (either work experience or graduate training). Some are kept on if they do a good job.

All these are staff, so on a set wage. You are not paid for usage.
