    Anyone got experience with these?
I have some lower back problems (disc degeneration and had discotomy surgery) Have been reading they are good for decompression of the spine.

I've just bought one last week. A teeter 560 inversion table. From an English website. I've 2 herniated disks and I'm trying my best to avoid surgery. I've read that it can take 3/4 weeks to have any effect. I'll report back in a few weeks. I'm going trying 5 mins a day.

In the mean time if your looking for some relief I've found rolfing the best relief.

    Best of luck.

I definitely notice some relief from it. Still doing 5 minutes a day and notice extra tension after days that I haven't been able to do it. Notice a lot of cracking noises in my back when I stretch after. I'm going to continue to do it and research into doing different times to seensure does it help further.

Hi all, just a quick update. Two years later 95% back pain has gone. I use the table 4/5 days a week for 7 minutes a time as well as a daily stretch/foam rolling 25 min session. Absolutely life changing. Well worth trying it if in serious back pain.
