Merit. I'd say he's nailed for the foreseeable future, Stanislas is out for a month or so. Adam Smith will continue OOP or be rotated before Ake, I'd think

Hazard has consecutive home games V Bournemouth and Stoke coming up...I'll be making sure to get him for Stephen's Day...certainly would not get rid. Hopefully he does blank tonight and it triggers a price drop

Happy enough with my squad (assuming no injuries, suspensions tonight) - thinking it might be time to make a GK change. 
Have had Foster and Jakupovic all season which has worked out ok-ish.....recently got Brunt in though as he's playing OOP but the double cleanie wipeout is killing me.

Still a novice at this craic really so would be interested in feedback on what's the best practice with goalkeepers - is it a good idea to play one the whole time and have cheapie bench fodder (eg. Jakupovic) or have two viable alternatives. I have 0.8m ITB so could upgrade Jakupovic to the likes of Heaton, Pickford, Boruc etc. or keep Jak and bring in DDG??

I'd want two playing keepers unless you're planning to use 2nd wildcard early. If you're planning to keep for DGWs then you're going to have to navigate one or two blank GWs where your only playing keeper could be affected. I'd do Jak to Pickford or Grant since expensive keepers haven't really been worth it.

There's a strong arguement for rotating cheapies, but I find it too frustrating trying to figure out who is likely to keep a cleanie, and even more when I get it wrong and there's points left on the bench.

But I agree with Ziegler that it's important to have a playing back up. I have Heaton, who I just play all the time. Also have Pickford. Heaton didn't play a couple of weeks ago, so just goes to show how valuable to its have a playing sub, even if they only get you a few points.
