bad dreams

    Any tips on having nicer dreams sometimes i have bad dreams a few nights in a row and it affects me the next day

    POV? Change you point of view? Roommate & I enjoy spooky films. Nightmares can be spooky. Entertainment. Share them? Post here. By sharing, their impact diminishes. Helpful feedback. We all dream. Some more than others. Reduce sources of stress. Relationships? Work problems? Lacking daily exercise? Poor diet? Eating before sleeping?
