Free dementia care course - recommended - starting this week

    Hi all,

    There's a free online dementia care course starting this week. I did it last year and found it really helped me to understand the needs of my Mum (who has dementia) and care for her. The last course was 5 weeks, and took me about 4 hours a week mostly watching videos.

    You can pay for a certificate, if you want. There are some assessments but I think you can ignore them. There's also a class forum which I found useful.
