Draw odds below 2/1 or 3.00.

Why is it that in matches outside of Britain draw odds can be lower that 2/1 or 3.00. I don't think I have seen draw odds in British soccer matches lower than 2/1 but I often see draw odds of 15/8 in matches outside of Britain.

Have a look at these games and see how many of them are expected to be very low scoring by the under 2.5 goals odds. If 0-0 and 1-1 are highly expected correct scores the odds on the draw can be under 2/1.
