    On this dictionary site 3 go for Day and 7 go for Days. Both would have to be preceded by "a" in normal writing or speech to make any sense. It would be very cruel if the quiz setter rejected either.

    Diffney have often before had questions relating to the number of players on various teams.

    Are the numbers on a clock called 'points'? I don't know. You might just have to choose which answer sounds right to you.
