Weird readings from GPU-Z on my card

I've been having problems with some artifacting in some games recently, so I opened up GPU-Z to see if there was a problem with my graphics card, maybe I adjust the fan speed or something. Can anyone make sense of this? http://imgur.com/1TZoqg6
