    Hi guys,

Have been working off a typical "bro split" for the past number of months (back & bis, chest & tris, legs, shoulders & abs). I've recently reached a plateau in increasing weight on the bar. Any suggestion of a new split to break through this plateau? Push pull legs perhaps?

    Thanks!

It looks like you're pretty much doing a PPL. what's your current stats? Squat, bench dead no. 's? Height, weight, age, sex? Nutrition and sleep levels good? Work and life stress? O all of the variables that can affect a plateau!

What's the rough set/rep structure across the main movements you're doing?

Maybe we have different ideas of a bro split. But if the goal is weight on the bar. I'd probably lean more towards a strength/powerlifting program.
