    it is not possible to post a new thread.

    I have seen the instructions from a previous post where it advises to go to the top left
    however this option is not on my screen for some reason????????!!!!

    very frustrating

    Hi - you are a fully registered user, so that advice from the previous post doesn't apply anyone. The very fact that you have been able to post here indicates that you are able to start new threads.

    Where were you when you tried to start a new thread?
